Dear all,
i will be joining the Takushoku uni for intensive j-lang courses this year from april-july (3months) and then sep-dec (3 months).
Any advice on where i can find safe and reasonably priced accomodation (apt or guesthouse) near this school? My preference would be those under 70,000yen per month and possible to rent by monthly basis.
Lastly, which airlines do you guys/girls usually travel on? I am staying in Hong Kong now and it seems like flying Cahtay Pacific to japan is pretty costly.

You can always get some feeling of the cost of rental around your school by keying 拓殖

most apartments in japans are rented by paying 1 to 2 months of "礼金”and "敷金”... ie. "Gift" and "Deposit".. you will get some of the 敷金back .You can rent for 6 months and end the contract, doesnt matter. But if you want to rent by month basis... it is VERY expensive.. take a look at Leo Palace, they have apartments rented for monthly basis.
